(Weetbula, Indonesia) The preparatory committee for ASIOC Redemptorist Youth gathering held a second meeting at the Sumba Cultural Center, Weetebula, Sumba- Indonesia on January 7th-10, 2020. This meeting was attended by Fr.Ben Ma as Conference Coordinator, Fr. Velson Fernandez (Majella), chairman of PreCom, Fr. Vincent (Vietnam), Hannah (Singapore) Fr. Lorens and Fr. Willy (Indonesia).
At the meeting, the Committee solidified the activity plan during the youth gathering. In the upcoming event there will be events including live in, discussion, sharing and experiences about the theme ONE ENCOUNTER, ONE FAMILY, ONE MISSION. Besides that, there will be exhibitions, arts and cultural performances from each of the participating units.
On this occasion, the preparatory committee visited several venues of the gathering. On the last day, PrepCom members had the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty, beaches and culture of the island of Sumba. On the last night, the ASIOC Committee held a meeting and fellowship with the local committee. It was a pleasant moment to meet and greet one another.
