“REDCAMP 2015: un’esperienza di verità fondamentale della fede”, programma di formazione per i giovani a Venezia, Italia

La scuola di evangelizzazione, organizzata dalla Commissione per le Nuove Iniziative Missionarie della Conferenza dei Redentoristi d’Europa e denominata REDCAMP 2015, si è svolta a Venezia dal 27 luglio al 1 agosto 2015.
L’idea del REDCAMP è nata come risposta all’invito di Papa Francesco a predicare di nuovo il Vangelo alla gente che vive nelle grandi città. Il corso, comprendente catechesi, laboratori e preghiera, è stato di preparazione all’evangelizzazione organizzata durante l’ultima parte della scuola.

Gli elementi dell’insegnamento sono state le verità fondamentali della fede proclamate nella forma del Kerygma. Alcune preparazioni specifiche sono avvenute in diverse chiese di Venezia. I punti di partenza per l’insegnamento sono stati i famosi dipinti che esprimono la realtà della nostra fede: la Risurrezione (P. Veronese), la Via del Calvario (G. Tiepolo), la Pentecoste (Tiziano), l’Ultima Cena (Tintoretto), l’Assunzione (Tiziano).

Nel giorno della festa di Sant’Alfonso i partecipanti al corso si sono recati nelle vie di Venezia per evangelizzare e condividere la propria fede con i passanti. Molti turisti, in visita nelle chiese, hanno avuto l’occasione di ascoltare le catechesi. Per molti di loro è stata una grande sorpresa poter sentire non soltanto le notizie storiche sulle opere d’arte ma anche il Kerygma.

Due eventi molto importanti del REDCAMP sono stati la celebrazione del sacramento della riconciliazione e la preghiera di intercessione.

Il REDCAMP 2015 è stato frequentato da 35 persone provenienti dai seguenti paesi: Italia, Filippine, Francia, Vietnam, Polonia, Slovacchia, Portogallo e Brasile. La mescolanza di mentalità e di culture si è rivelata preziosissima durante il corso. Anche il Coordinatore della CRE, padre Jacek Zdrzalek C.Ss.R. è stato uno dei partecipanti.

La comunità Filippina, che normalmente si riunisce nella chiesa dei Redentoristi a Venezia, ha dato un grande contributo all’organizzazione della scuola di evangelizzazione. I partecipanti hanno avuto la possibilità non soltanto di conoscersi reciprocamente, ma anche di vivere in comune l’esperienza della presenza in mezzo a loro del Signore Risorto.

Il patriarca di Venezia, Arcivescovo Francesco Moraglia, si è recato in visita dai partecipanti il 1 agosto, dopo la solenne Eucaristia che ha concluso il RECAMP 2015. Desideriamo ringraziare la comunità dei Redentoristi di Venezia per l’ospitalità e per tutti i preparativi e l’assistenza fornita durante il REDCAMP 2015.

Il prossimo REDCAMP si terrà a Cracovia (Polonia) nel 2016, contemporaneamente alla Giornata Mondiale della Gioventù. I giovani si incontreranno nella Giornata Alfonsiana a Cracovia e durante il periodo di preparazione a Wroclaw.
