In the first meeting of the superiors of all units of the Conference, held in Colombia  from 2 to 4,  March 2015, the superiors of the respective sub-conferences have chosen their representatives for the next four-years (2015-2018).

The people chosen were: for the sub-conference of North Latinamerica and the Caribbean (URNALC), Fr. Felipe Santiago Burgos, C.Ss.R., from the Province of San Juan. For the sub-conference of South of Latin America and the Caribbean (URSAL), Fr.  Luis Mauricio Pizarro Bugueno, C.Ss.R., from the Province of Chile. For the sub-conference of the units in Brazil (URB), Fr.  Rogério P. Gomez, C.Ss.R., from the Province of Sao Paulo. Fr. Manuel Rodríguez, C.Ss.R., is the coordinator of the Conference.
