The Statutes of the Conference of Latin America and the Caribbean defines that the Ordinary Council of the Conference is composed of the Coordinator of the Conference and also by three chairpersons of sub-conferences.
In the first meeting of the superiors of all units of the Conference, held in Colombia from 2 to 4, March 2015, the superiors of the respective sub-conferences have chosen their representatives for the next four-years (2015-2018).
The people chosen were: for the sub-conference of North Latinamerica and the Caribbean (URNALC), Fr. Felipe Santiago Burgos, C.Ss.R., from the Province of San Juan. For the sub-conference of South of Latin America and the Caribbean (URSAL), Fr. Luis Mauricio Pizarro Bugueno, C.Ss.R., from the Province of Chile. For the sub-conference of the units in Brazil (URB), Fr. Rogério P. Gomez, C.Ss.R., from the Province of Sao Paulo. Fr. Manuel Rodríguez, C.Ss.R., is the coordinator of the Conference.
