7. Possible Evaluation models

Evaluations is an essential component of the formation process in order to assure the progressive and systematic formtion of our future Redemptorists. Besides the evaluations of the candidates and formandi, the XXV General Chapter in it´s Decision # 30 asked that the Units and Conferences evaluate the formation programs in order assure that the determine if the current programs are “truly preparing future Redemptorists for the mission of the Congregation as embodied in the missionary priorities of the Conference”.
