4. Interculturality

The social and Congregational reality is one of greater intercultural relations. This poses a challenge to formators to constantly strive to find ways of passing on the values essential to our and, at the same time, maintaining, where necessary, a healthy tension with the values of the cultue within which formation is taking place.
