(Mumbai, India) Thanks to the solidarity of many in the “Covid Emergency Campaign for India”, created by the Redemptorist NGO of Spain “Association for Solidarity”, the Sevadaan Redemptorist Center in Mumbai, with its Pahunch Project, has carried out a registration and vaccination campaign for the migrant population and for those who find themselves in situations of exclusion or need who do not have access to the vaccine due to lack of resources.
About 20 volunteers helped us with this organizational task to safely transport the 118 people to the vaccination center.
Thus, with the vaccine, it was possible to reach domestic workers, construction workers, day laborers, fruit and vegetable peddlers, and people in need.
