The Province of Bangalore and the Vice- province of Majella are happy to have 4 deacons (Ravi Teja, Nirmal, Kevin & Jackson Souz) to continue the mission of Christ the Redeemer.
On the 06th of October, His Excellency Most. Rev. Peter Machado (Archbishop of Bangalore) ordained 4 of our Perpetually professed Students to the order of Diaconate in the presence of Fr. Edward Joseph (Provincial Superior of Province of Bangalore) and Fr. Louis Menezes (Vicar of the Vice-Province of Majella) along with 6 more Religious brothers belonging to 3 Congregations.
The Diaconate ceremony took place amidst many Redemptorist Confreres who prayed for these Deacons. As they begin their ministry, we pray that they may become Missionaries of Hope in the footsteps of the Redeemer.
