On Saturday, 19 May 2023, Holy Trinity College (Zimbabwe) held its closing Assembly and Mass, marking the end of another academic year. This year’s ceremony was particularly significant as it was also a send-off for seven finalist students who were commissioned and sent out to witness to the Gospel truth and be ambassadors of Christ, carrying the flag of the college high. The Mass was presided over by the outgoing rector, Fr Kenneth C.Ss.R., the Regional Superior of the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer,  Region of Zimbabwe.

Founded in 2003, Holy Trinity College has become a beacon of faith, education, and service in Zimbabwe and beyond. It is a unique institution co-founded by the Redemptorists, the Carmelites, and the Franciscans, three religious orders with a rich tradition of serving the Church and the world.

Moreover, Holy Trinity College is deeply committed to serving the community, especially the poor and marginalized. Through its outreach programs, students and staff engage in various social and charitable activities, including feeding the hungry, caring for the sick, and advocating for social justice.

As Holy Trinity College celebrates another successful academic year, it looks back with pride on its legacy of faith, education, and service. It is a testament to the vision of its founders and the dedication of its staff and students. As the seven finalist students go forth to be ambassadors of Christ and carry the flag of the college high, they do so with the knowledge that they are part of a community that is committed to making the world a better place, one person at a time.
