LEADERSHIP SERVICE IN THE CONGREGATION IS THE PROVINCE’S TOPIC OF STUDY
The Jesuit Monastery of Itaici, in Indaiatuba, São Paulo, hosted approximately 104 Redemptorist missionaries from the Province of Brasilia this week. The week of study and retreat began on Monday, March 9th and concluded on Friday, March 13th.
In this first stage, Father José Ulysses da Silva offered a rich reflection on leadership within the Redemptorist congregation. He reminded us that we need leaders who commit us to the Kingdom of God, and that this moment of restructuring and reconfiguration is, in reality, a rebirth of the CSSR.
The full text of each reflection is being published in the WhatsApp group for the brothers, including those who were unable to attend. “Our challenge is: a new Redemptorist culture. To form missionaries deeply identified with St. Alphonsus ,” Father Ulysses emphasized.
