The Centre for Redemptorist Spirituality in Rome offers the Congregation an aid for Reflection, Community Recollection and Prayer based on the theme of this year in the Congregation, “Leadership for Mission.” There will be 3 reflections which will be sent out to the entire Congregation during this year. This is the first Reflection and it goes out as we journey through Lent and near Holy Week. It is also the first reflection after the Inauguration of the Year dedicated to Leadership for Mission by Fr Rogério Gomes, C.Ss.R., Superior General with his letter to the Congregation on Leadership along with the prayer aid for the election of Major Superiors of the Units. We keep in mind the four key verbs used by Fr Rogério Gomes, C.Ss.R., which underline the Leadership style of Jesus: To Guide, to Encourage, to Care for and to Reconcile.
The next two reflection aids will be sent out at the end of June and at the beginning of October. We wish you a good reflection on the service of Leadership for mission and a fruitful continuing journey through the season of Lent.
