From November 25 to 27, the “Meeting of Coordinators and Administrators of Oblate Projects” was held in São Paulo at the Casa de Encuentros Madre Antonia. Oblate Sisters and lay women dedicated these days to formation and reflection on topics of management, mission, and spirituality, in an atmosphere of profound communion.

On the first day, we immersed ourselves in the spirituality and values of the Oblates, celebrating the beauty of walking in harmony with the charism that unites us. We also joined together in Congregational communion by participating in the “Virtual Meeting of the Oblate Family,” convened by the General Government of the Congregation, where the Oblate Family Report, the process of implementing the institutional image, and the Oblate vision to work for women in prostitution were presented.

The second day was dedicated to updating, improving, and acquiring new administrative and project management knowledge. For this, we had the legal advice of Drs. Tatiane and Alessandra, from the company Tafer.

On the third day, we reflected on the work of the Projects in light of the current reality of women in prostitution contexts.

The final activity of this gathering was a visit to the Antonia Project in Santo Amaro, São Paulo. We concluded by expressing our gratitude for this meeting, which reminds us of all that when faith, experiences, and hope are shared, communion becomes even more vibrant.
