The Young Fathers’ Meet 2025 of the Bangalore Province was held at Nava Spoorthi Kendra from October 17th to 18th, 2025, bringing together about 15 young Redemptorist priests for two days of learning, sharing, and fraternity.

The first day featured a wonderful and insightful session on “Conflict Resolution” led by Psychologist Mr. Antic Santhosh (a former Redemptorist) and Mrs. Melani. Their dynamic presentation helped the participants understand the nature of personal and community conflicts, and how to handle them with greater awareness and maturity. Through practical examples, they explained the concepts of the Drama Triangle, the Win Triangle, and the Shadow, helping everyone to see how self-awareness and empathy can transform difficult relationships. It was an enriching and eye-opening experience, especially for young priests who often face challenges in pastoral and community settings.

The second day was a time of recreation and bonding, as the group went on an outing to the Wild Valley Resort near Nandi Hills, a beautiful tourist destination surrounded by nature. The priests enjoyed moments of fun, laughter, games, and deep conversations. The day provided a much-needed space to relax, reflect, and strengthen the bonds of friendship and brotherhood.

The Young Fathers’ Meet was truly a blend of learning and leisure, reminding everyone that ongoing formation also means caring for one’s mind, spirit, and relationships.

Special thanks to the Provincial and the organizing committee for their constant support, encouragement, and for making this gathering a memorable and meaningful one. The participants returned renewed—with hearts full of gratitude and joy for the gift of community and priesthood.
